Joy To The World Christmas Cards

Isn't this Holly Cutting Plate from Taylored Expressions just so cute?! I don't remember where or when I picked it up. For both of these cards I used Papertrey Ink cardstock in New Leaf, Pure Poppy and White. I die cut the sentiment from Bazzill cardstock. This die is called Stacked Words: Christmas by Sizzix, Tim Holtz Alterations.

The patterned paper is by Recollections called Botanica Noel that I picked up last year and barely made a dent in using. I did pick up a small amount of Christmas paper this year, but decided not to go crazy since I have enough holiday patterned paper to probably last a lifetime. Lastly, for the berries I used a Viva Perlen Pen.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

21 Days Of Christmas Cards - Day 16 - Poinsettias

Poinsettias...Christmastide
This card is so simple yet I'm very happy with how it turned out. This is another Stickeroo from Penny Plack and the patterned paper is from the Wonder Collection from Authentique. In one of my previous posts I lied....! I said I was done using the Authentique Wonder Collection. As I write my post I realized how untrue that was because I still had several more cards that I used it on.

Supplies used for this card: PTI in True Black, Pure Poppy, Viva Pearl Pen in Red, Wonder Collection from Authentique, Stickeroos from Penny Black - Joy To The World, Stickles in Stardust, Stampendous! Dot Sparklers.

Thanks for stopping by!

More Pet Cards

I'm really having a fun time with these pet photos. I've got them all in piles with sentiments to match. Now I'm just working my way through them all. This morning I came across some good cat ones that I'll use with my next set of cards.

This is Maisy, my friend Misty's dachshund. Doesn't she look comfortable lounging in the grass on a warm, sunny day!
Maisy
This is Calvin. He was our first cat and I must say the best one! Unfortunately Calvin left us way before his time. He was the most photogenic of all of our pets. I have more cards coming of him. He always had the best expressions and would let you do anything to him. He loved posing for the camera!
Find....
Last but not least is our dog Toby. I think he's such a cutie, but I have a hard time getting a decent photo of him. The camera just doesn't capture how adorable he is, or he moves right when I snap the picture. This was his look of sheer panic because he knew I was leaving and he couldn't go with me.

This is my final Christmas card to post for the season. The sentiment for this one was a freebie! I picked up a copy of a craft magazine and the stamp from Unity Stamp Company was included. I can't name the magazine, because I can't remember which one it was!

Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas!

I thought I'd get creative with my tree on this card. I think I succeeded. I used my EK Success Open Scallop Edge Punch to create strips and then cut them into pieces to form the tree.

Tree-Mendous Christmas

This is a very simple card, but I like how it turned out. I really enjoy using the Tim Holtz On The Edge Dies. This is one of my favorites. I think I've purchased either three or four and can't wait to use them with chipboard for a mini-book.

Tree-Mendous Christmas

I'm hooked on the Viva Pearl Pen! The patterned paper is called "Under The Tree" from Reminisce.

It's December 18th and I still have four cards to create and get in the mail. Am I the only this pokey!?
