Chinese Cookies

I had a moment of weakness yesterday and made these.....
Chinese Cookies
If you're looking for something rich, delicious AND simple enough to make with your eyes closed......try these! The combination of sweet, salty and crunchy is sure to please.

Chinese Cookies
makes 24 (or more) depending on how large or small you make them

1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
2 cups chow mein noodles
1-1/4 cups salted peanuts

On low heat, melt butterscotch and chocolate chips. Add noodles and peanuts and mix well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and refrigerate to harden.

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
