These are soooo delicious! I sent these to work with my husband this morning.
Actually, I sent all of the above with him!
Here's what you'll need:
(adapted from Kraft Foods PHILADELPHIA® No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes)
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
12 chocolate sandwich cookies
Place cookies on bottom of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into muffin cups. Top with multi-colored sprinkles. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
