The other day it was National Dessert Day and I had planned on making this. Life got in the way, so I made it last night.
Last year I made a crockpot cranberry crisp (recipe is here). I liked it, but I wanted to try a different recipe this time. I planned to use one from a cranberry cookbook that I bought last year in Boulder Junction, WI, but since we've moved I'm not sure what pile of cookbooks it's mixed in with. So, I used a recipe I found here at AllRecipes.com.
It's delicious! I think the pecan topping really gives it boost!
