OWH Stars & Stripes Challenge #38

I love the design of this sketch from Operation Write Home's Stars & Stripes Challenge. It really inspires me to "keep it simple" since I sometimes have a hard time doing that.
Here's my interpretation:

Merry Christmas

Here's the sketch:

Sketch_38OWHS&S

For this card I chose to use patterned paper from TPC Studio's Christmas Village Collection called Trim The Tree and Snowman.

Other supplies used for this card:
Reminisce Glitter Factory Precious Jade & Shimmering rubies
Ribbon
Hero Arts Holiday Sayings Clear Design Stamps CL343
Memento Ink in Lady Bug
TPC Studio So Delish Mini Jewels

This card will be on display at The Baker's Wife.

Patty, you've got me wanting to scrap holiday stuff now!!!! :) I just went through all of my papers last night and it took forever. I need to organize it better so I can just grab what I want when I want it! Adorable cards!

Terrific card! I love how the paper becomes such a part of the sentiment. The little bits of bling are a nice touch.

Patty, thanks for stopping by my blog, too. Just wondering, where did you get the card display holder? I've seen those on other crafters' blogs. Thanks.

Patty, thanks for the tip on finding a "card frog"! That would be a helpful thing to have. Your newest card on your blog, with the holly "berries" and distressed edges, is gorgeous!
