I feel like I've been AWOL from blogging lately. I've been finishing up some orders for cards. Pictures will be posted soon. I will admit I've been a little backed up, but fingers crossed I should be all caught up by tomorrow. That means that I can finish a travel mini book and start some other projects that I have committed to.
Anyhoo, I haven't even cooked or baked anything fun recently either! All I've been doing is exercising and card making. I wanted something easy for lunch so I could just eat and get back to work. I saw these somewhere, but I'm not sure where. They're pretty simple and quick to throw together.
Pizza Rolls
One Tube of Refrigerated Pizza Dough
Pepperoni - I used Mini Turkey Pepperoni
Shredded Cheese - I used Finely Shredded Pizza Blend
Marinara Sauce
You can customize the ingredients to fit your taste
Roll pizza dough out onto greased pizza pan. I used my baking stone. Spread pepperoni over dough, then sprinkle cheese over all. Starting on one end roll up dough jelly roll style. Cut into slices and place on greased pan or stone. I placed them fairly close together. I sprinkled a little more cheese over the top. Bake at 450° for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden. Serve with warm marinara sauce.
Here they are ready for the oven:
Baked and golden brown:
Ready to eat! They are delicious!
Thanks for stopping by!
